At RYOBI, we stand behind the quality of our tools and offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly through our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in its original condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Tools

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all batteries, chargers, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
